Aldis Hodge Instagram – On this day, as I am reminded that my knees have unfollowed me, my back doesn’t feel like coming into work no more, and my bones are just out here recklessly making music every time I move, I am also reminded of this beautiful journey called life.
This has been the toughest year (mentally and emotionally) and equally the greatest year of my life. I’ve learned that any challenge can be handled with gratitude, the strength to keep your faith, and maintaining an awareness of who you truly are. That you are special and you matter.
