Barry Kerch Instagram – Detroit “Style” pizza today. Scratch made all the way down to the crust. Before the purists crucify me, yes I know it’s the wrong pan. I thought I still had my traditional square pan, but I was mistaken. Therefore I used my @smitheyironware pan instead. Voila! Still tasted like motor city heaven. Maybe this is the new Jacksonville style pizza!
