Hugh Wallace Instagram – I am in @johnstownbridge_hardware chatting with the Grevilles and meeting everyone including the @duluxirl dog. Come on down and say hello! Johnstown Bridge
Hugh Wallace Instagram – I popped into Straffan Antiques, a family run business with over three decades of experience, established in 1988 by John and Marie Ryan. Marie’s Antiques & Pianos traded for 16 years in the centre of Clane, Co. Kildare. They then moved to the historic farm buildings of Barberstown House in Straffan.
Since the move, Straffan Design and the Victorian Tea Rooms have also been established. The businesses have evolved into four main areas: antiques, pianos, design (fashion, home and giftware) and the tea rooms, each run by members of the Ryan family. The businesses complement each other and make the 18th century courtyard the ideal destination for shopping and casual dining. I’ll share the antiques soon! If your in Kildare well worth a visit. Congratulations on your 35th year in business. 👏
