Story Time:
December is a slow time in the entertainment industry, with auditions and work being pretty much non existent, unless you are already in the middle of shooting something. Fresh off a break up, I decided to take my foot off the gas pedal, eat, drink, and be merry to say the least. I put on quite a bit of weight. One morning I got an unexpected call from my amazing voice over agent @ctcvo she told me I had an offer for a commercial for the new Audi A7, but it wasn’t a voiceover, it was shirtless! I would getting out of a pool kind of spoofing the Chanel #5 ads. I of course lied to her that I was still in excellent shape. For a week and a half I was extremely unhealthy (I highly recommend you NEVER do this), and @keen.fit.mma gameplanned with me and pushed me to my limits. When I went to the resort we were shooting at, the night before filming, I spent the evening dehydrating myself and riding the bicycle in the gym there. Early the next morning I shot the commercial and then stuffed my face with an excellent Eggs Benedict (maybe 2?) and hydrated like I’d been in the desert for forty years (passover joke). The moral of the story is I learned to always be prepared because I never ever want to go through that again. | Posted on 21/Apr/2023 00:30:00
