Marc Priestley Instagram – The #JapaneseGP is an event full of joy as well as great racing. Japan’s #F1 fans are so passionate & excited to be there, they spread smiles that reach across the watching world. A Japanese fan handmade these dolls for me years ago, not of the superstar drivers, but of us mechanics in the @mclaren garage, complete with sponsors logos, headsets and tools. She was so excited to present them as I walked into the track one morning & it still makes me smile today. It’s a constant reminder to me to take joy from the things around us, not just the big, obvious things, & wherever possible to try & spread that joy with others. That’s how we change the world for the better.❤️
