Ingredients:
2 bananas
A handful of pretzels
A scoop of vanilla protein
200g dark chocolate
Sea salt
2 cups of peanut butter
small cupcake cases
Method:
1. Melt your chocolate in a bowl over some boiling water.
2. While that is melting, in a separate pan melt your peanut butter on a low heat, once melted add your protein and stir till smooth.
3. Slice your banana then put two slices in each mini case. Top the banana with teaspoon of the peanut protein mix and then top with a pretzel. Push down slightly to flatted out the bite then top with melted chocolate and a sprinkle of sea sat.
