Michael Phelps Instagram – Thank you (I think) to my brotha @m_phelps00 for sending me this new, incredible @chillygoattubs cold plunge. As much as I’m trying to catch my breath here there’s no better way to start my day here. Been a HUGE believer of the mental and physical health benefits of cold plunge for years, I usually do 5 minutes with Breathwork. Real talk, Michael Phelps has been one of the truest “battle buddies” I’ve had as we lean into each other and check up on each other constantly to make sure we are good between the ears and behind our rib cage or just to be an ear.
