How it aids in your ability to relax & be present doing our job.. All This: just some of what will be covered on 9/30. A sincere word if I may: I’ve been doing martial arts since I was 8 years old. I’ve wrestled now 24 yrs, and spent time in all the major modern era companies: WWE, NJPW, RoH, NOAH, AEW, IMPACT. Through repetition (trial & error) I’ve gone through the process and have fallen flat on my face, attempting to see what transferred from martial arts to what we do in the ring and I’ve had, down right epiphanies at other times identifying the best way to do things. ..Truly, all jokes aside, outside of pro wrestling or motion picture stunt work, this knowledge I’ve developed is useless, but within the confines of our job. .. 🤔 Think about it.. I’ll wait.. My life’s work has been to walk out this process, seeing what sticks and what does not. Let me share that with you. I want to hear your thoughts, too.
