Sapan Verma Instagram – Two years ago, while having one of those what-am-I-doing-with-my-life spirals, I reached out to @faroutakhtar asking if I can work and learn from the best in the business. He was kind enough to immediately put me in touch with the good folks at Excel and I got to work as a dialogue writer on this lovely film made by @vatsaln. Honestly, Vatsal had already done multiple drafts and knew exactly what he wanted, I just came on board to assist and throw some jokes here and there.
I have wanted to write and make films since college days (standup comedy was truly a luck by chance), and I’m so excited to finally be a small part of this crazy world 🙂
Friday Night Plan releases on Netflix on 1st September.
