Sean Ringgold Instagram – Another @gfny_world Championship on the books. This past Sunday we took over the lower level of the George Washington Bridge with 5k cyclists form all over the world. The cycling community is therapeutic on so many levels I don’t even know where I could begin. But I’m grateful that chose to participate. Big thanks to my brother @humanpotentialcatalyst for not allowing my excuses to stop me from showing up. ❤️
