Aimee La Joie Instagram – Paul Reubens was one the biggest inspirations on my comedy, my acting, and my life. I feel so lucky that I got to see him in person several times and the last time got to meet him. While the shock of seeing him in person had worn off, this was the first time I got to talk to him during this photo op in February 2020. I didn’t want to talk his ear off about how I’m an actor and he’s inspired me so much. Instead I just said “thank you for being you.” I then instantly burst into tears.
