I consume them like this

Amla: I juice it out or eat it raw

Methi dana: soak one tbsp of methi dana seeds overnight in one glass of water. Have it first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up without brushing your teeth. 

Chia seeds: Soak one tbsp of chia seeds in a tall glass of water overnight and consume the seeds along with the water. 

BENEFITS: 

– Amla can be eaten on an empty stomach. It has powerful antioxidant properties, is rich in Vitamin C and fibre and has high moisture content. This helps in the detoxification of the liver and kidneys and helps relieve constipation.

– Consuming chia seeds with water in the morning helps in giving your digestive system a boost and improves bowel movement. Healthy digestion is a prerequisite to weight loss. The best time to eat chia seeds is when you wake up. 
Consumption of chia seeds aids in a feeling of fullness and thus a reduced calorie intake.

– Fenugreek seeds/Methi Dana as a natural antacid aids in digestion. People who suffer from digestive issues such as acidity, bloating, and gas can relieve their symptoms by drinking fenugreek seed water on an empty stomach.
