Andrea Russett Instagram – well. Im pushing pass the feelings of shame and embarrassment and finding comfort in knowing that when I share, I find community. So, I’m currently back in rehab after a pretty bad relapse. one thing i keep hearing from my peers here is “it takes a lot of courage to come here, and even more to come back”. and i think that’s true. i want to love myself the way that i love others and not feel the need to numb myself to reality. addiction is a scary and powerful disease but i’ve found that sharing and speaking openly has really helped me in this process of recovery. i cant thank you all enough for never giving up on me and continuing to support me through all the highs and all the lows. i’m not givin up!!!!! I promise to be me again soon enough. 🥺♥️
