There are times when u feel alone and numb. I hv been too open about my panic attacks . And I hv been getting them lately. Where I feel I’m alone. And every day I get up and fight it coz I hv to shoot and perform. But I also know I m fighter . And nothing stays same . Every thing changes with time . And it ok . I hv been always vocal about it . Coz I know there are so many going thru and quite . Just want to say you are not alone . There is someone watching over you . Vo uparwala hai . Aur vahi himmat deta hai . I don’t care who thinks what . I just know may be some one who reads this get to know u are not alone. God bless u all . Keep your smile intact . World needs it . U are beautiful. ❤️🧿
10 th January 2007 first time I faced camera for tv industry. My first show maayka on zee tv . After 17 years I’m shooting at same place . Given a lot . And grateful that I got also lot of love . Yes it took almost 12 years to be known by my own identity . No work and no recognition also gave me lot of doubt on my caliber. But the only thing which I dint let go was the fighting spirit . I never gave up . I might hv stumbled but again got up . Dreams might take time to get fulfilled but it wil happen one day . Stay strong . ❤️ and thank u to my producers who gave me chance to work in their shows . And I think I was so blessed no one ever stopped my payment . Blessed ❤️🙏

Never be apologetic of what u feel . I wear my heart on sleeves and I’m proud of it .Yes I needed reassurance and that made me needy .. asking for my love to be resiprocated made me high maintenance acc to people . Well yes changed a lot but I still need this . Coz thts my basic nature . My people who love me they know it and respect it . I love myself . And my weakness is my beauty . My fear of loosing my relation makes me value them more . My vulnerability makes me a better than many . Just be yourself . U are unique. U are made to be diff coz your part is needed in some lives to become better ❤️ love yourself.
