Celina Jaitly Instagram – Today on teachers day I would like to celebrate my two wonderful teachers Ms Yasmin Khan & Ms Keys who greatly impacted my schooling years in Lucknow Teaching is the art of changing lives and these two teachers are proof that a teacher’s impact lasts a lifetime and the fact that great teachers make ordinary students extraordinary. ( Photo 1 & 2 ) My 3rd grade class teacher : Ms Yasmin Khan taught me it was ok to be unique, it was ok to speak my mind without being offensive, she taught me to stand up for myself. Ms Yasmin was of a very quiet demeanour but her uplifting attitude through school days and words of constant support had a lifelong impact on my life. (Photo 3) My school principal Ms Keys was key in helping me find my confidence in public speaking and dramatics. Under her esteemed training and grooming I went on to win many trophies at various inter school competitions in extempore, debates, quiz, sports and music. Ma’am Keys helped me to also improve my writing skills and I went on to become the youngest contributor in my school magazine which went out to over ten thousand students across different branches. I cannot imagine my life journey without the life changing impact of these wonderful two teachers.
