our 1st indoor family gathering in over a year and a half🥳
Grateful for: family, vaccines, hugs, music, dancing, and pastries with a side of nachos, (don’t worry about it).

Baking shout out to @bobsredmill 1-1 gluten free flour (w/ 3 eggs plus 1 egg white to make choux that was lighter than air ☁️), @meyenberggoatmilk (for the base of the silkiest, most luxurious creme patissiere I’ve ever made- I mean. look. at. IT!- which my family could enjoy w/o digestive issues, and when it came down to choosing between cow or goat dairy pastry cream, they said “f(orget) the cow”😜 cc @taylororci)

Sous chef shout out to @roxythegent for piping perfect eclair-sized eclairs, while I piped Murder Durder hoagies, and for filling them like a boss.
