Home Actress Danielle Robay HD Photos and Wallpapers September 2023 Danielle Robay Instagram - Sunday morning prayer: thank you. At the end of each class @auntie_ksoo says: ✨”the light in me celebrates the light in you. The divine in me honors the divine in you”. ✨ I look forward to hearing her say it every time + when I post these videos I hope the warmth + acknowledgement she shares in class is meeting you 🤍. I’ve dipped in + out of yoga for the last 15 years. I’ve always loved it but it was hard for me. Through Kimberlee’s teachings I realized it was hard because I wanted to be great at it, have perfect form, etc. and that’s just not how yoga works (for me). So now, at the beginning of class, I release any expectations I have for how this class is supposed to go or how my body is supposed to look or work and I breath into whatever flows. It feels like the lesson I learned on the mat is really the lesson I needed to receive in life, and honestly in my interviews. For years people have been telling me to “relax”. I’ve always thought it was such a double bind because the intense focus and work (and always being prepared) it took to get to this point is what has carried me. And now you want me to chill?! How 😂. But now I finally get it—- and I can’t believe yoga is the thing that allowed me to get there. So all of this to say, one of the takeaways I’ve had from this all: if you’re stuck on something and can’t think your way out of it, if you’re able, try moving your body in some way and see if you can feel your way out of it.
