Davina McCall Instagram – #ad Since I’ve hit mid-life I often find it hard to get enough protein through my diet .. we all know it’s important for our muscles (which r hard to maintain as I get older), and many other of our bodies functions, our energy levels and overall well-being, so on the days I don’t feel I’ve had enough in my diet, I top up ..

So I’ve been working with @foodspring_uk on developing two shakes to do just that !! Protein Focus and Protein Relax .. Both are high in protein, with added essential vitamins and minerals ( B12, vitamin C, etc ) and each shake has an added adaptogen , (a bit of a buzz word at the mo) we’re using ginseng and ashwagandha ..

The Protein Focus is cocoa flavoured and uses ginseng .. I ❤️ this for a bit of a pep in my step to set me up for the day ..

But my absolute favourite is Protein Relax omg !!!!… it tastes amazing . I take it with hot milk . U know in the evening when u want a little treat after dinner , this is it !! .. its honey-infused with ashwagandha ( used in traditional medicine for thousands of years to help relaxation !! ) .. it’s like a cuddle and releases protein through the night..
