Solidarity speaks volumes! @SAGAFTRA members have now been on strike for more than 60 days & we intend to stand strong in our effort to bring the studios & streaming platforms back to the table to have a genuinely meaningful dialogue, that results in a fair & equitable contract for our incredibly unique and necessary work!
At the recent “March On Paramount”, cast, crew, writers and production workers from every “Trek” program ever done, came together to show their support! It was amazing and I’m honored to be a part of the @Roddenberryofficial vision! Decades ago Gene Roddenberry put forth a vision of a federation that honored cultures, species, sciences, craft, art, and common decency, that encouraged unity and advancement for all!! Wouldn’t it be great if the studios could grasp that same concept and agree to cooperate in an environment that celebrates and fairly compensates ALL that come together to create the content that we all deserve & love??!!

Gainesville really turned out to support the first annual One Nation One Project (@onopgnv) concert event, organized by my good friend @MarionJCaffey. The music was hot, the dancers were fantastic, there was free food & activities for everyone in attendance! This was the first of many events across the country to raise awareness of better mental healthcare and reducing gun violence in our communities. I applaud @MarionJCaffey and all of the extraordinary sponsors, volunteers and performers that made the day a huge success!
