Denise Soong Ee Lyn Instagram – Design my new home with me 👇🏻 This year, we collected our keys to a new BTO home, and this feeling of excitement, designing and putting together a home is exhilarating. Here’s hoping all of you here will experience this too, and with the new HDB BTO housing framework, this is going to be very possible as housing will be more affordable and accessible. From the second half of 2024 onwards, we will soon say goodbye to the old ways of mature vs non-mature estates as non-mature estates are starting to have more amenities too. With The new Standard, Plus, and Prime categories of BTO houses will be based on their locations within each region. We can also expect more subsidies for the latter two, on top of what’s given for standard flats, making them more affordable for more. So here’s to building our houses and families!
