Heather Rae El Moussa Instagram – The candid moments of motherhood >> 🤍 Trying to find the balance of posting and sharing my life with you guys while also keeping some things more private than others. And balance is something I get asked about a lot and I think the real answer is I’m doing the best I frickin can 😆some days are better than others and other days are more chaotic, that’s life though 🤷🏼‍♀️My priorities are also so different these days- my baby and my family come first but having a schedule (as much as I possibly can) is really important so I can try to fit it all in- I use time, like when Tristan’s sleeping, to decide what needs to be done: is it work emails, looking at designs, working out, eating, our flips, etc etc. In the past, it was a lot easier to share everything I was doing on social media but now I think a big part of me likes to stay in my happy bubble and focus my energy on the things I mentioned like filming, my health, skincare, our flips and our family. Balance isn’t easy these days but doing something every day to bring health, happiness, and calm to my life is my advice to anyone who’s feeling something similar 🫶🏻
Heather Rae El Moussa Instagram – Bray’s first day of second grade at a new school !!! He was so excited but super nervous this morning. Can’t believe it’s already back to school time for the kids, I’m going to blink and baby Tristan will be in school 🥺 His little shark backpack and red shark socks was the cutest thing ever. ❤️❤️
