Jaimie Alexander Instagram – So…I turn 40 in March. I’m excited for the milestone- I’m lucky to be aging because it sure beats the alternative 🪦 My goal is to get really fit and really strong by then. I’ve chosen weightlifting (because it’s fun!) and a high-protein diet. I’m fortunate to be working with a trainer and nutritionist as I have A LOT to learn when it comes to diet/nutrition. I figure what better time for a challenge than now?
