Jennifer Garner Instagram – #PretendCookingShow: Fruit & Yogurt Shave Ice. #KitchenAidAmbassador We’ve found a way to elevate a basic weekday breakfast! Freeze your run-of-the-mill greek yogurt and berries, and, with the @kitchenaidusa Shave Ice Attachment, presto chango them into an airy, delectable, surprise treat. At breakfast, after school, for dessertβ€” you (and your kids!) will want to eat it for all occasions. It’s that delicious! πŸ‘πŸ“πŸ¨ #ad
.
Ingredients (serves 3-4):
– 1 individual size Greek yogurt (~5 ounces)
– 1 tsp vanilla
– Honey
– Fruit of your choosing
– Nut of your choosing
.
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, vanilla, honey (to taste) and fruit in a bowl. I used about 5 strawberries and a quarter of a peach and it fit perfectly into…
2. The puck! Load the mixture into your #KitchenAid Shave Ice Attachment ice mold puck.
3. Place the puck in the freezer until frozen through. I waited overnight.
4. Thaw the puck enough to wiggle the frozen mixture loose and put it in the detachable ice cup base of your Shave Ice Attachment.
5. Start your engines! Turn on your @kitchenaidusa Stand Mixer and your Shave Ice Attachment starts whirring, shaving the yogurt and gorgeous fruit into a bowl.
6. Top with a honey drizzle and a nut of your choice (for a little salty edge).
7. YUM.
