Jess Impiazzi Instagram – This year so far has been a whirlwind for me. Had so much going on with my health and with the fertility stuff and I got a bit lost. Hence why I’ve been quite quiet on here! I’ll talk about the Heath stuff soon as I just want to make sure I’m steady in everything and as I’ve found on here once we talk about things a little community is formed and it was so helpful for me to connect with so many people during my #IVF journey, so soon I’ll speak about what’s been going on here behind the scenes! I just wanted to do a little Sunday post about getting out of darker times, sometimes our mind gets stuck and it feels like everything is hopeless, I’ve recently got out of that hole and finding the silver linings again! Life will always throw curve balls but you’ve got to remember that during the hard times you find what makes the days a little bit better and hold on to those moments and nurture them, meditation is one thing for me! I’ve also had a six week course with @graceprosser13 working on womb healing and the menstrual cycle which has really reconnected me with myself. Our thoughts really do carry all the power and if we keep control of our thoughts and not let our thoughts take control of us, we are half way there!
