Juhi Parmar Instagram – Welcoming Bappa home is our most favourite time of the year and with Him come the happiness, celebrations and lots and lots of sweets, his favourite Modaks! Making a simple and easy recipe and this time it’s a simple atta modak! Sharing the recipe below, try it out yourself! Ingredients- 1/2 cup ghee 1 cup wheat flour Mixed dry fruits of your choice 1/2 cup jaggery 1-2 tsp milk 1 pinch cardamom powder (optional) Method- Heat ghee, add wheat flour.. Cook till it turns brown. Add dry fruits and mix well.. Add jaggery and cook till it is mixed properly. Add milk.. Add 1 pinch cardamom powder (optional) Take it off the flame.. let it cool a bit.
