Karen David Instagram – Trying to find the right words to describe @roberttatemiller He was a gentle, kind hearted and magical storyteller. I remember the first day of filming on our Sheryl Crow movie, he exuded such lightness and warmth and I soon found out we shared a huge love for all things tea! I also found out Robert had never had afternoon tea. Well, I made sure we fixed that! On a rainy Sunday, in Vancouver, we went to a lovely tea house. We laughed, we shared many stories and adventures, and Robert shared with me his inspiration for writing the film. You could listen for hours to Robert speak. His passion, and love for a great story, and for sharing genuine and life changing human experiences made him so incredibly special. I’m so grateful for the time I got to know him during filming and afterwards. He had so many more beautiful stories to tell. My heart is heavy. Life truly is too short and we never know how long our time will be in this realm. He will be dearly missed. Today, we celebrate his life. Robert, your stories will live on through the hearts of many. Your friendship was such a gift.
