Quad focused leg day:

*Squats – 6to8 reps(compound lift so we went heavy) X 4 sets
*Leg press – 10to12 x 3(no half ass reps)
*Lunges – 12×3(really slow and concentrated reps)
*goblet squats – 12to14 x 3
*Leg extension – 12×4 sets.

The above mentioned sets and repetitions are only for your reference. Because it differs from person to person and their fitness goals. So you don’t necessarily have to do the same!

Tip: slow eccentric repetitions in every workout is the best thing you can do for any fitness goal!
