I baked a tarte tatin to bring to a friend’s this weekend and since it is my absolute favorite to make, especially with apples in perfect season, I decided to make a little reel to show it off! I use the @cooksillustrated recipe (*love them*) and it never fails – I even make a vegan version sometimes and it’s delicious too!
