Home Actress Lilly Singh HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers September 2023 Lilly Singh Instagram - There is likely something you’re annoyed about today, that old you would have been grateful for. And that’s okay. We’re all human. But today I had a moment of reflection that I’d like to share, in case it sparks an epiphany for you. This is a safe space, with no judgement. I’ve just boarded a 10 hour flight, to start a total travel of about 16ish hours. The entire day I’ve been dreading it. I know my body will hurt, the jet lag will wreck me, I’ll miss my bed/shower and I’ll constantly wish I could cuddle my dog. Before leaving for the airport, I paused and asked myself, “what would young Lilly think about flying to Italy tor a work trip?” I immediately broke into a huge smile. Because young Lilly would have cried tears of joy, loved every minute of the 16 hour journey and gotten excited about the adventure ahead. I probably would have offered to sit in the trunk of the plane to go to Italy (my back was much younger then 😅). This doesn’t mean we can’t ever feel blah. It also doesn’t mean we have to ignore discomfort, so that we can force gratitude. It’s just a reminder that as humans, we get used to things very easily. And sometimes to experience gratitude, you have to actively reflect and find it. And today I found it, which is why I’m cheesin so hard. So wether it’s your job, your family, that friend, or whatever. Was there a time where you wanted that thing so bad? Because two things can be true at once. You can be annoyed but still very grateful. Give yourself permission to be complex ❤️ This kicks off a month of travel for me. It’s LA to Italy to LA (two days with my dog!) to NYC to Mumbai to Delhi to NYC and then finally back home to LA. And this reflection and moment of gratitude is enough for me to flick a switch in my brain and lean into the experience. I experience life in seasons. This month is the season of hustle and service. Come along with me because it’s going to be beautiful ❤️✈️ What’s something that annoys you, even though you’re ultimately so grateful for it? 👇🏽 #Safespace

Lilly Singh Instagram – Oh Lagdi… hot mess 😂 Let’s just say, I’m not very graceful (as my mom would always remind me when I wore saris lmao). I’m the type of clueless girl who sees a guy serenading her, misinterprets it and slaps a rakhri on him. Holla at me 🫰

Finally met the lovely @gururandhawa after being online friends for so long. He’s such a sweetheart ❤️ and as you can see, I immediately acted like myself 😂

Punjabi connect HURRRRRRR ✨
Lilly Singh Instagram – Drop a 🦄 below if you wish you learned about mindfulness as a kid!

This show has been 4 years in the making, with no big studios, but a small and mighty team! I cannot believe I finally get to share this @unicornisland production with you 🥹

The Mindful Adventures of Unicorn Island follows a young Lilly, who transports to her happy place aka Unicorn Island when she learns how to meditate. It’s funny, wacky and each episode teaches kids (and honestly, adults too!) one mindfulness technique, backed by science, thanks to our partners at @headspace.

And I’m so grateful that I got to include some of my friends in the magic! Shoutouts to @kalpenn who plays my dad, @padmalakshmi who plays my mom and @utktheinc who plays my bff. The entire cast is so talented and I can’t wait until you see them shine! ✨

I truly believe that the world would be a happier and healthier place if everyone practiced a little mindfulness and felt comfortable looking inwards. I hope you love this show as much as we loved creating it.

Episodes begin streaming FOR FREE (my fav words) on @YouTube, starting September 12th. If you know someone who may want to watch this with the kids in their life, please tag them!

I’m really proud of this one. Let’s keep making the things we wish we had ❤️🙏🏽
