Megha Gupta Instagram – It’s been a pleasure and an honour to share space with some brilliant free people in different parts of the world and enjoy this form of self expression – ecstatic dance. This is a form of dance where humans abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. It helps enhance spiritual connection and is a no judgement zone, thus shaking off any dense energy our bodies and mind may be holding on to. To me it’s a age old form where people danced around trees and fire back in time.
