Ming-Na Wen Instagram – Hair wet or oily?

With hormonal changes, flying every weekend, dry air with AC & hot weather in the valley, my hair has gotten dry and brittle. Lots of fallout & breakage. Check out pic 2. 😩😩😩

Since I’m home all day today (working on my cookbook 🧑🏻‍🍳📖✍🏼), I’m treating myself to an oil bath for my hair.  Will wash it out tonight before bed.

I’m using @chazdean ‘s Bella Spirit oil treatment. It’s got lavender, cucumber and eucalyptus. Smells so yummy! 
I also use @wenbychazdean botanical hair & scalp tonic. I even mix in some castor oil and #Wen deep conditioner for good measure! My hair ABSORBED  SOOO MUCH of the oils. It was STARVED. I plan to do this once a week. At least!! My hair always feels so much healthier and softer afterwards. Treat yourself and try this!

Ming-Na Wen Instagram – Starting the weekend with a kiss! 💋

(Yeah, I know it’s only Thursday. My weekend started today. 😏)

The past 2 weeks, I’ve been working out just a little everyday (10-30 mins) and doing my stretches and yoga. I’m also eating healthier and getting more sleep. Started doing facial yoga and massages too. 

I must say, this shit works! My skin is glowing, my body moves better, and I’m more focused.

I don’t understand why I don’t do this every day like brushing my teeth! Really very idiotic not to make being healthy a habit. 

Try it! Just stretch while you’re watching tv. Work out for only 5 to 10 mins to start. Then add on as you get more used to it. Just start with that! You’d be amazed how much of a difference it’ll make after one week.
