Ming-Na Wen Instagram – Starting the weekend with a kiss! š
(Yeah, I know it’s only Thursday. My weekend started today. š)
The past 2 weeks, I’ve been working out just a little everyday (10-30 mins) and doing my stretches and yoga. I’m also eating healthier and getting more sleep. Started doing facial yoga and massages too.
I must say, this shit works! My skin is glowing, my body moves better, and I’m more focused.
I don’t understand why I don’t do this every day like brushing my teeth! Really very idiotic not to make being healthy a habit.
Try it! Just stretch while you’re watching tv. Work out for only 5 to 10 mins to start. Then add on as you get more used to it. Just start with that! You’d be amazed how much of a difference it’ll make after one week.
