Monique Coleman Instagram – Life Lately 🥹💃🏾😍🪧⛸️🙌🏾🌱 From Striking to Skating to Sweating my face off on the dance floor…..this summer has been all about making amazing memories w/ some of my favorite people! It wasn’t always like this though. I was raised as an only child and was SUCH a lonely kid. I NEVER imagined living the life I do now. I used to think that I wasn’t good at love or just didn’t have what it took to belong. The past 18 months have shown me that authenticity is EVERYTHING — and being a walking contradiction is ok! By letting myself be a tree hugging, figure skating, sword wielding, peace keeping, twerk in training, God loving, art making, overachieving, masterfully procrastinating, spirit baby….I have fallen madly in love with my life and found a tribe that loves me back. I share this because social media can create an illusion of perfection that can perpetuate loneliness and make us feel more disconnected. I want you to know that if you haven’t found your people yet, it’s ok. You’re not alone. And if you have, hold them close…. tell them you love them, make time to make memories and don’t take them for granted. Live and love as if none of us are making it out of here alive….because we aren’t 🥹🙏🏾♥️
