Poornitha Instagram – Last month and a half has been hmmmā€¦ emotionally and physically draining. I had reached rock bottom in terms of my health. Small gist about my health.. I had undergone a spine surgery in 2016 and I was ok for quite some time after which I gave birth to Navya . The last 6 months my back started acting up again.We consulted a spine specialist here and heard something I never thought I would hear..it showed that my previous surgery hadnā€™t healed and I will have to get another one this time removing the screws and plates that were planted in my previous surgery and fix a new bone in my spinešŸ˜³,this time my recovery it going to take a longer time but I am so grateful to the team of doctors, @rohit_aravindakshan who had to go through this with me and stood there holding my hand tightly and the most important care I have been getting is from Navya,my 5 year old ..I couldnā€™t believe the empathy and compassion she showing towards mešŸ„¹. I do have a long road ahead but I am hopeful and grateful to my chosen family for being there. I am never taking my body for granted againšŸ™šŸ» P.S – PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMSā€¦.THEY ARE SPREADING WRONG MESSAGEā€¦I AM FOCUSING ON MENTAL HEALTH AFTER SURGERYā€¦.
