Sangita Patel Instagram – Spiral Cucumber Salad – Korean Inspired 🥒 This is my first time trying this oh-so-fun salad I give it a 9/10 – watch till the end when gochugaru hits me 😂 But the accordion shape really holds the flavour in every bite! @feedmi_ thank you for recipe just added more veggies to it! Recipe 4-6 mini cucumbers 1/2 cup of red onions sliced 1/2 cup of carrots sliced 1 green onion 2 Tbsp of gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes) I would reduce this to 1, lol. 3 Tbsp rice vinegar 1 Tbsp sesame oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp sugar 1 Tbsp sesame seed Give it a try! #CookinWSangi #SaladButNoLettuce #Fusion #fun #spiralcucumber
