Red velvet “raw meat” Rice Krispies treats!!

10.5oz mini marshmallows
3 tbs butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup red velvet cake mix (we couldn’t find that so we used German chocolate cake mix and it worked just as well with the food coloring added)
6 cups crispy rice cereal
1/2 tsp red food coloring
MElt butter and marshmallows
Mix in vanilla and cake mix and good coloring
Remove from heat and gently stir in cereal
Divide into foam trays (for that raw meat look)
Or roll into meatballs!!
