Sayani Gupta Instagram – @onehappytea told me about a real @banksy in Melbourne. Apparently very few people know about it. Most think two other that were there were destroyed & painted over by mistake. So @nitya_h & I set out on a graffiti discovery hunt and finally found itttt. Big thanks to a guide who was showing around two other people didn’t know about it either.. but once we told her, she started looking around the place and spotted it! She said this would be a huge deal for the tourists & locals. As one would imagine with him.. this one was hidden away in the most non assuming corner next to the back door of a restaurant. This alley has some of the best graffitis too. (Fifth photo onwards) I’d seen quite a few @banksy at the @mocomuseum in Amsterdam but this one’s special.
