Home Actress Sharmiela Mandre HD Photos and Wallpapers September 2023 Sharmiela Mandre Instagram - Every day, not just International Women’s Day, should be an opportunity to recognise the true value of women. I write this not thinking I am the perfect advocate for gender equality. But believing that the more my thoughts are shared publicly, the more accountable it makes me in a commitment to a better future for women. As an actor I can’t deny I faced the challenges of being the WOMAN on set and since I started my career at the age of 16 I conditioned my mind to think that was the norm but over the years I realised I dint have to feel the way I did . Everyone thought when I turned producer things would change but trust me listening to a woman being the BOSS definitely hurts many. Luckily I was fortunate to work with some amazing actors ,directors & technicians in the recent past who really pushed me to be the best version I possibly could as a producer without which it would have been practically impossible. A big shoutout to them . The biggest thank you to my mentor , my family , friends and well wishes for always being there for me . We need to be providing environments and leadership that allows for an equal voice. We can do more to help women reach their full potential in the workforce. I can do more. I want to use this day to make sure we are having conversations of substance. That we are building greater empathy to understand the challenges for a woman .I make a personal pledge to all women to make sure they realise their worth and never doubt it. To ensure they never sell themselves short. To help them find and project their voice, so they can reach their full potential. Happy Womens day everyday 😊 Location : @sweatbybxr Wardrobe courtesy : @lornajaneactive Yoga mat : @yogi.bare BXR London
