Home Actress Sisse Marie HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers September 2023 Sisse Marie Instagram - Sometimes, we just don't understand why things happen the way they do. We end up feeling like we're missing out or failing when things don't turn out as we hoped. But maybe when life throws crazy challenges at us or things go haywire, there's a reason behind it all? It's like a wake-up call to make smarter choices, or let go of stuff we've been holding onto too tightly. We struggle to understand the true nature of our journey. We interpret missed opportunities or setbacks as losses, not realizing that not getting what we desire might have a purpose. Perhaps when catastrophic events occur on a global scale or within our personal lives, they carry significance and we need to listen?! So here's this (maybe stupid) example that reminded me of this whole thing: @alexanderbrandrup and I were all geared up for this epic hike in Yosemite. I was stoked 'cause I'd never been there. But Alexander twisted his ankle and our grand hiking plan went down the drain. Total bummer! Driving out of the park, we spotted a sign pointing to a 'Waterfall.' Road closed due to construction? You know me and waterfalls – I have to see them! We ditched the car and took a slow walk (blame it on Alexander's ankle) through the woods. Felt like we were lost for a minute. Finally, we reached this secret waterfall spot – the sun was throwing this amazing golden glow right onto the waterfall, shining perfectly where the stream of the water opened from the mountain. It was so magical. The universe painting a masterpiece just for us at the perfect time. Had we arrived 5 minutes before or after we wouldn't have experienced this. It was the perfect ending to our camper van journey. I felt so grateful and like the universe wanted to show us this perfect alignment of beauty. Wow, that was a lot… even for me. 😄 The ankle is fine… #waterfall #beauty #naturelovers #yosemite

Sisse Marie Instagram – I love seeing people succeed and supporting those who believe in their dreams, even if the world might call them unrealistic. 🤍
One of those individuals is Sonny, the director of ‘The Infinite Mission,’ where I play RT.

Sonny is originally from Port au Prince, Haiti. His family didn’t have much money, so affording a TV was a challenge. When they finally got one, there often wasn’t enough money for electricity. Still, during the limited times when Sonny could watch TV, he discovered a deep love for movies, TV shows, and storytelling. 🎬

He later moved to LA at 16, entering film school with little English skills and without moral or financial support from his family. Imagine that! 😲

I met Sonny while filming the upcoming movie ‘Rebel Moon,’ where I play Astrid directed by Zack Snyder (by the way, that movie is going to be amazing and epic!). Sonny approached me confidently and swiftly convinced me to be part of his Sci-Fi adventure. I’m so glad I did! His seemingly unrealistic expectations for what I could achieve as an actor, including intense fights and stunts, compelled me to embrace the challenge and be unrealistic with him. ☺️ In the following months during the week, we would work on ‘Rebel Moon,’ and on weekends, we rehearsed fights and scenes for ‘The Infinite Mission’ (huge thanks to @enzo.carreon for making this possible). 🤺

Sonny is intricately involved in every aspect of the filmmaking process, which, if you’re not aware, involves an immense amount of work. 👏🏼

With all this in mind, and considering there’s much more to Sonny’s story, it just reminds me that: whenever you hear that something can’t be done or that pursuing your dreams is unrealistic, think of people like Sonny. I’m glad I can offer my support on his journey. I can’t wait to see where his dreams and passion take him.
