Stella Acquisto Instagram – Cooking with Layla aka cooking a la Layla, Italia edition. We had an incredible time on our trip to Sicily and of course we did a lot of eating. We decided to experiment with a few of the flavours from the region. We call this mortadella, pistachio panino. Note you can substitute bread with focaccia. Also we made this as an open face sandwich to not mask the flavours behind the bread.
P.S don’t mind the fake Italian, Layla thinks she actually speaks it.
