Summer Bellessa Instagram – You probably don’t want to watch this. But saying goodbye to Kerry’s brother Chad was something I wanted to document. It was a weekend full of emotions. A lot of heartbreaking moments. But also so much love and peace. I’ve never been to a funeral that had more laughs. Chad would’ve loved that his stories were told, from yelling “suck it” to a group of Decatur fans when, at 12, he sunk a half court shot to win disneyland tickets, his love of animals, his “passionate” loyalty, his love of his nieces and nephews, and his love of Dick’s (the hamburger chain). I’m sure he chuckled when “Chad loved Dick’s” (said multiple times 😏) and a list of his favorite songs, including “I’m in love with a striper” were mentioned in the chapel.
