Yassi Pressman Instagram – my first ever public DANCE CLASS in forever! it was at @zerostudioph & I LOVED IT! we started the class with me shy & hiding in the back (cause, believe it or not, i’m actually shy in the beginning hihi 🧜🏼‍♀️ I love performing on stage where I can’t see people’s faces right away and didn’t know how to feel attending a class in the first place) the thing that I loved the most that I witnessed from behind was the support of every person who wasn’t there for anyone else but themselves. they let dance make them feel good, they cheered each other on and they just MOVED with heart. @jana.mahusay headed the class and guuuurl i could just watch you talk dance and teach and have a great time 🤣 she started by briefing everyone that this is a safe place for you and your body, and kindly reminded everyone that no judgements were allowed! +++ if you wanted to show off your judgemental face you’re more than welcome to walk out the door and I LOOOVED that! it welcomed kindness and FREEDOM! towards the end I could see everyone celebrating each other and their confidence was just oozing out!!! like wow, and SAYA!! 🤣❤️🫶🏻 ang gagaling ninyo. keep dancing!!! keep slaying jana! and thank you zero studio for having me but most of thanks to my bestie and number 1 hype woman for forcing me @elenavirata. that was fun.
