The first Eras Era comes to a close, with more ahead of us than behind. And I’m so so grateful.
This is the best one. I can feel it. I can see it every night. I hear it in how my friends talk about it. In my private moments the joy and love and excitement overwhelm my crusty road musician irony shields.
I’m so grateful to call this place my road home. It’s the best folks and the dumbest jokes. It’s laughing at a joke with your pal and then watching them thrive in the brightest spotlight during the longest show in front of the biggest crowd.
Thank you for everything, US crowds. You’ve set a high bar to clear, and the joy you gave us propels us around the world.
