Asaf Goren Instagram – I’ve been waiting for this rain for 4 months. In The last month (august) I chose to go totally beast mode that means : to be consistent by doing 8 same stuff everyday. That’s means : to workout (cardio weights) 🏋️‍♂️ , Cold shower/ice bath 🧊 , play the piano 🎹 , produce 1 or 2 beats(sometimes 3) 🎶, meditate,visualisation, reading 10 pages from a book,.
And still I feel like I’m soft. ☹️ I believe that by being consistent in different things , it helps me being more responsible and being a better artist as well.
