@alexandramcvicker and @imzachdonovan introduced us to The Theatre of Absolute Vulnerability last night with their collaborative piece, My Own Private Final Destination, performed by Alex at KGB bar. Alex told stories of unrequited love (her high school math teacher), introducing her Grandfather to the pleasures and freedom of the internet (a naked photo of James Dean in a tree), and of the pain and impossibility of saying goodbye to those you love the most. So moved and so proud of these geniusez. (last pic is Alex and the legend Lois Smith, who starred in East of Eden w mr. Dean)
