I don’t need to highlight the absurdity of this decision, all you need to do is look to the extreme weather events happening in the world at the moment and ask how is this going to help? The mockery it makes of us and supposedly trying limit warming to 1.5 degrees or be net zero by 2050. Which by the way, we are no way near meeting those targets and commitments that we apparently set. More lies. I haven’t even mentioned RENEWABLES yet.
