Daniel Dae Kim Instagram – Anyone who knows me well knows I like whiskey, so on a trip to Taiwan filled with many highlights, one of my favorites was an invitation to the @kavalanwhisky distillery in Yilan. From seeing the charring of the casks to opening a barrel and even making my own personal blend (hush now, single malt snobs!) I learned so much about whiskey making, and why #Kavalan has been making an award winning name for itself in the whiskey world. @andrewlee was the perfect host and it’s a visit I won’t soon forget.
