1940-2023
A brilliant actor, a wonderful man.
I was lucky enough to work with him in three films, two of them as his sidekick.
Pictures 1 and 2 at the base camp trailers of Squanto, A Warrior’s Tale, directed by Xavier Koller, as I will always think of him, dancing a merry jig to amuse my son.
Pictures 3 and 4 from Open Range, 2003, directed by Kevin Costner.
I mourn his passing, but celebrate his life’s work. A true inspiration, spreading light and joy to those he worked with.
