Justin Vivian Bond Instagram – I have been keeping my mouth shut about the horrific situation in the Middle East because the complexity of it has been overwhelming and I didn’t want to say the wrong thing. Sorry if it has seemed like I haven’t been paying attention. My heart has been breaking for the people of Israel and Gaza. Today I read this post and it seemed to crystallize what I’ve been working towards in my head and heart and I’m so grateful to Layla F Saad for her thoughtful and empathetic post. I thought I would share it in case you haven’t had a chance to read it yourselves. I am praying for peace and for our better angels to lead us out of this nightmare and prevent the slaughter of more innocent people.
