Justin Welby Instagram – The war in Israel and Gaza cannot be allowed to sow antisemitism, hatred and prejudice in the UK. This morning at Lambeth Palace I was joined by Sheikh Ibrahim Mogra and Rabbi Jonathan Wittenberg to call for solidarity in our communities. Sheikh Ibrahim and Rabbi Wittenberg spoke for their own communities and networks, of their deep pain for what is happening in Israel and Gaza and the sharp rise in antisemitism in the UK, but also of the comfort they have found in friendship forged across religious difference.
